Join us for the New York premiere of Nikhil Vettukattil’s live work for three performers, Timepiece (2022/2025). Realized by a musician, dancer, and choreographer—versed in different timekeeping methods—the performance activates the shared space around twilight through presence, shadow, electronic sound, reverberation, and nonverbal cues. Loosely structured by the spherical form of a dial, and presented in the round, the performers develop Timepiece via coincidence, collaboration, and negotiation. The work is performed by Selwa Abd, Ariel Herrera, and Kris Lee, with an original score by Stanislav Iordanov.
