Board & Government Affairs Associate
The Board and Government Relations Associate manages key relationships across the museum’s nonprofit Board and public stakeholders, ensuring high-level governance and the successful pursuit of public support.

Building Operations Manager
The Manager of Building Operations plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of a 100,000-square-foot, indoor/outdoor cultural campus. The role emphasizes the management of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) systems and the direct supervision of a building maintenance team. This position ensures optimal performance of all facility systems while maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and partners. The Manager collaborates closely with internal departments and external vendors to support museum programs, events, and operational needs.

Development Associate
MoMA PS1 is seeking a Development Associate to serve as a key driver of the department’s operations, donor relations, and special events. This role blends high-level administrative precision with front-facing engagement, focusing on the infrastructure necessary for developing and deepening relationships with donors and ensuring the seamless execution of fundraising events.

Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator
The Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator plays a key role in executing mission-aligned digital communications that engage audiences and drive visitation to MoMA PS1. Supporting all aspects of the Museum’s social media, email marketing, website, and digital visitor guides, this role helps ensure cohesive storytelling and a dynamic online presence across platforms. The Associate creates and edits compelling, audience-focused content; manages day-to-day digital channels; and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate assets and campaigns. With a strong sense of visual culture and current digital trends, the Digital Marketing Associate contributes to creative, data-informed strategies that strengthen community engagement and expand PS1’s reach locally and beyond

Maintainer
The Maintainers at MoMA PS1 are responsible for all heavy cleaning, maintenance and event setup around the museum’s facilities, including all public and non-public areas.

Security Officers interact with visitors in a positive and welcoming manner, including providing directions and information related to the Museum collection, public programs, and events.

Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant at MoMA PS1 is responsible for executing accounting responsibilities, implementing financial and administrative policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with staff at both MoMA PS1 and The Museum of Modern Art. The Staff Accountant performs accounting, accounts payable/receivable, banking/cash management, and other administrative duties, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with overlapping and changing priorities and deadlines. Availability to work Saturdays during the summer months as needed.
