Join us to celebrate the opening of Vaginal Davis: Magnificent Product, a major exhibition spanning five decades of work by the influential artist, performer, author, and countercultural icon. In conjunction with the opening, Kembra Pfahler leads a performance in the courtyard with shock-rock musicians The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black.
The day also marks the opening of an exhibition by photographer Inuuteq Storch, and celebrates the new mural on the museum’s exterior wall by graffiti artist and painter Lady Pink. Attend artmaking workshops, meet the artists, and be the first to experience these new exhibitions. This full day of free activities welcomes audiences of all ages to learn, create, and celebrate.
