Now in its 27th season, MoMA PS1’s signature summer music series Warm Up invites audiences to discover underground and emerging talent. Warm Up charts origin points for innovations in electronic music on Friday evenings at an hour that welcomes audiences of all ages. The series brings together art, music, and nightlife communities, with luminaries performing each week in PS1’s open-air courtyard on a set designed by artist Jeffrey Joyal. Dance on Yto Barrada’s monumental installation Le Grand Soir, enjoy food from Street Vendor Project, and experience PS1’s full slate of exhibitions, open late. Kick off your summer weekend with Warm Up.
Warm Up is organized by the MoMA PS1 curatorial team. Each season, a host committee of five artists, musicians, and writers active across New York City’s club and independent music ecosystems serve as program ambassadors and provide artistic recommendations. The 2025 Warm Up host committee includes Enoynam Afi Amexo (Dweller), Kay Gabriel (The Poetry Project), Maggie Lee (artist), Ser Serpas (artist, The Gatherers), and Gage Spex (The Spectrum).
A season pass is now available, offering discounted admission to all performances for a limited time only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when tickets go on sale.
